· Assist the CEO in building relationships with key external business partners. · Assist the CEO in following up on all business development needs, maintain relationship and create a series of next steps. · Assist the CEO in development and articulation of corporate strategy, project management, progress monitoring, coordination and communication across various internal departments. · Provide detailed documentation in regard to above, assist in creating professional internal and external documents, translation of emails / presentations as appropriate, etc. · Assist the CEO on daily basis coordinating and scheduling meetings, travel logistics, expenses management, internal reporting, and other miscellaneous items as necessary to provide administrative support to CEO.
· 5~8 years’ relevant working experience in multinational company in business support role. · Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (fluent/ native). · Polished, proactive and conscientious with good business sense and an eye for details. · A team player with strong cross-department communication skills. · High level of professionalism and integrity. · Perform operational procurement activities - execute operational procurement requests ensuring a focus on efficiency and the quality of customer service. · Understand end user requirements as received directly or indirectly. · Communicate the status, progress, and outcomes of procurement activities. · Support the creation and review of relevant purchasing documentation. · Monitor targets and KPIs – ensure that Procurement operational targets and metrics on customer service are delivered.
· Bachelor‘s degree or above · 5~8 years’ procurement profession in multinational company, preferably in Medical Device, IVD or Pharma industry · Good communication skills and demonstrated understanding of translating business requirements into procurement specifications with customer service in mind. · Documented international strategic sourcing or cost reduction experience. · Business level fluency in English.
